Armand van Gend is a Body Stress Release (BSR) practitioner of profession and it is through BSR and his passion for the human body in all it’s perfect imperfection, that Silent Retreat has taken it’s form from.

Rouve van Gend is a qualified Beauty Therapist of profession but through a turn of health on the part of her and Armand’s boy’s life, she has delved into natural healing methods and products. The beauty as well as health methods and products will be her additions to your healing process.

Silent Retreat was born as a thought process into further assisting their respective clients and anyone who needs peace, rest and health.

Helping to retrieve the original person from this imperfect vessel that is keeping him/her captive.

The body and the mind is so in tune/cahoots/intermingled with each other that when you deal with the one you will automatically deal with the other.

BSR is a very gentle healing technique and therefore silent retreat will also gently assist in helping us find the true spirit within you.

During your search you will be inspired by your own thoughts and creative mindfulness while doing the spiral prayerwalk and the silent sound meditation whilst acknowledging your body and the healing that’s taking place within it.
